Qigong

Qigong is a traditional theraputic exercises dating back over 4000 years.  It is designed to move qi (prounced chi) or energy and blood to promote healing throughout the body.  Results can be improved health, less pain, more mobility, a feeling of more energy or wellbeing.  Exercises are simple and slow moving and can be modified for all to participate.  Yet, at the same time, powerful so fast results can be acheived.  Emphasis is on breathing, moving and body alignment and not so much on perfect form.   So painful stretching and straining is not necessary or desirable to acheive results.  Qigong is easy to learn, takes years to master and results can be acheived at any level.
